Cottage living provides children with a family atmosphere. Direct care staff interact with children to assist in their personal growth goals. Character building programs guide children through development of life skills, peer relations, social skills, housekeeping and personal hygiene. The daily schedule is structured and consistent to encourage personal responsibility.
