Community Based Program Positions

We are looking for licensed individuals to be apart of the following community based services: Out-patient services, aftercare services, pre-care services, stabilization and respite program. Strong clinical and/or case management skills required. Must have strong documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners. MSW with LSW, or MA with LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred. Individual must be licensed in the State of Ohio. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable. Independent licensure is preferred.
