CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST/ CLINICIAL NURSE PRACTITIONER – PSYCHIATRY

UMCH Family Services is seeking a Part-time, 16 hours per week; and a Full-time, 40 hours per week; Clinical Nurse Specialist or Clinical Nurse Practitioner to be part of our Psychiatry Team. Position Summary

This is a fast pace environment where the position supports and works directly with the prescribers and clients. Provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for children between the ages for 4 and 22 in an outpatient clinic. Multi-disciplinary team includes Psychiatrist, nurses and social workers in a trauma informed environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid CNP license with an active DEA number, meet Ohio Board of Nursing requirements for CEU’s and license renewal
  • Child mental health experience preferred
  • Must have strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
  • Maintain high level of confidentially and able to handle multiple tasks at once

UMCH Family Services is seeking licensed mental health professional to be part of our Treatment Foster Care Program. This is a full time position for the Director of Treatment Foster Care and Adoptions reporting to the Executive Director. The chosen candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in supervising Foster Care. The individual will be a proven leader and become an integral part of the agency management team. Position Summary

Must have the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor employees based on their learning needs. The successful candidate will have a Graduate Degree. Must be licensed as an independent practitioner in the State of Ohio (LISW-S, LPCC). Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and post –graduate experience in working with families and children in a community-based setting and two years in an administrative/supervisory capacity. Must be able to meet the public and communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Continuing Education

  • Paid training in Evidence Based and Trauma Informed Practices is provided

Position Summary

The clinician will work in an Integrated Care Community as a partner with schools, pediatricians and others to provide a therapeutic web for their clients. This will be accomplished through providing therapeutic direction, conduct mental health assessments develop and implement treatment plans and document services delivered. Earn up to $55.00 per hour.
