CONTRACT POSITION – LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER/COUNSELOR FOR OUTPATIENT SERVICES/UP TO $55 PER HOUR

UMCH Family Services is seeking a contracted licensed mental health professionals to be part of our outpatient programs. Individual will provide mental health services for youth and their families in the community, school or office. Visit our website at: www.umchohio.org

Position Summary

The clinician will work in an Integrated Care Community as a partner with schools, pediatricians and others to provide a therapeutic web for their clients. This will be accomplished through providing therapeutic direction, conduct mental health assessments develop and implement treatment plans and document services delivered. Earn up to $55.00 per hour.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field
  • Child mental health experience preferred
  • Must have strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
  • Licensure as an LSW/LPC
  • Independent Licensure preferred (LISW/LPCC)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable

UMCH Family Services is seeking a full-time licensed social worker or counselor specializing in mental health to be part of our team with a trauma-informed focus. The individual will provide short-term intensive home-based therapy in the community, homes, and schools. Visit our website at www.umchohio.org

Position Summary

Provide counseling and CPST to families and their children in the home, school, and community. Work with a small caseload in order to engage the family and the child/youth in counseling and intervention services multiple times during the week. The therapist will conduct mental health assessments with diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plans and document services delivered. Many of the clients and their families struggle with trauma, substance abuse and being maintained in the community. Join a team with a high success rate of mental health improvement.

PART-TIME TRANSPORTATION/DRIVER

UMCH Family Services is seeking a Part Time Transportation /Driver for our Treatment Foster Care Program.  The Transportation /Driver provides transportation to the youth being served by UMCH Family Services for appointments, meetings, and family visits. Visit our website at:  www.umchohio.org

Position Summary

Individual will provide transportation for children and families to family visits, multi-disciplinary meetings, appointments, placement changes, and other events as requested. Document all activities in a timely manner including logging mileage and hours. Openness to travel and to work non-traditional hours. Possess a sincere interest in assisting the youth. Employees must be able to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.
