Sean Reilly, Chief Executive Officer of UMCH Family Services, is responsible for the overall management of the agency. With a long history of service to children and families, prior to joining UMCH Family Services in 2011, Mr. Reilly served as Managing Partner for Executive Resources Associates. He has represented the Ohio Council of Behavioral Healthcare Providers, The Ohio Association of Child Caring Agencies, and many agencies on numerous local, regional and statewide committees, including: The Steering Committee of the Tapestry System of Care in Cuyahoga County. Sean Reilly is a seasoned executive in the leadership and provision of programs and services for children and their families. He has worked in the field for more than 31 years.
Mr. Reilly has an extensive background in the operations of children’s mental health and social service agencies. He has participated in the affiliation or merger of numerous agencies, helping program and administrative staff integrate successfully into new organizations. Mr. Reilly has led the creation of organizations to develop solutions for managed care in the State of Ohio. He has helped government agencies and not-for-profits develop both sides of these new structures. Mr. Reilly has helped many organizations move to the next level through accreditation, certification, and attainment of dozens of new contracts, including Medicaid.
He received his Bachelor in Social Work in 1983 and his Master in Social Work in 1987, both from The Ohio State University. Over this period of time, Mr. Reilly has developed multiple programs in community-based settings.
